FEMALE students graduating in 2025, must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree program in engineering, mathematics, or physical sciences at an accredited college or university. If the student was eligible to apply for the Westinghouse 2024 Family Scholarship, the student cannot apply for this scholarship.

Our organization provides students of Italian heritage, who demonstrate the financial need to pursue higher education, with annual scholarship funds. The criteria for the scholarship award are as follows: student must demonstrate excellent academic performance,
student must demonstrate financial need, at least one parent must be of Italian heritage.

Scholarships vary- can be for 2 or 4 year programs, specific school or major, GPA, or economic need. Students should use the search function to find funds and check if they meet the eligibility.

High school seniors planning to pursue a post-secondary education at a 2 or 4 year institution or trade school. Please submit a one (1) page essay of no more than 750 words on a School Counselor who has made a difference in your academic, career and/or social-emotional development.

Each year, the Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber Educational Foundation awards both students going to college/university and the trades.

College Scholarships- due Friday, April 18, 2025. This scholarship is open to any senior high school student from Pennsylvania who is accepted to enter college in the fall of 2025, awarded annually to students deemed by the Foundation to have exemplary community service records and work experience..

Students who are Hispanic/Latino or of Hispanic/Latino descent and plan to attend post-high school educational institution. Awards are granted solely based on verified eligibility and demonstrated merit.

Applicants prepare an essay of up to 1,500 words about a person, location, or event that has been under-recognized in Pennsylvania History. Eligible applicants should be current Pennsylvania residents attending a two- or four-year Pennsylvania college or university in the Fall of 2025 and pursuing a course of study in History or an allied field.

Field of study or activity with emphasis in Journalism, extracurricular involvement, financial need

Through the PATH Program, qualifying students may be eligible for additional grant money.

Resident of the Borough of Millvale, 2.5 GPA or higher, attending a 2-4 year school in Pennsylvania

The Love From Lucy Scholarship is dedicated to supporting a senior ATHELETE who has faced a significant hardship and handled it with strength, grace and perseverance. Whether it is battling a personal health struggle, growing up in a challenging socio-economic condition or overcoming a family crisis, this scholarship honors those who have turned adversity into an opportunity for growth.

To recognize capable, college-bound students in Allegheny County who care deeply about the region, and build relationships with them as a means of increasing interest in history, architecture, and preservation of the built environment. Applicant’s cumulative GPA at the end of first semester of senior year must be 3.25 or higher.

This scholarship will give financial assistance to a deserving high school student from Shaler Area High School who attends A. W. Beattie Career Center and wishes to pursue a post-secondary education and shows pride in the community.

Academic promise, extracurricular involvement, economic need

Applicant must be a CURRENT JUNIOR. One scholarship for the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000) will be awarded to a selected individual in return for a six-week summer internship (30-40 hours per week for six weeks in a row; starting date to be mutually agreed upon) at the UPMC Freddie Fu Sports Medicine Center and the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. The recipient must have transportation to the clinics during the summer internship.

Attending a 2-4 year school, community service oriented career (police, social worker), academic promise
