Shaler Area Middle School was delighted to welcome the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA)’s Jr. High District 1 West Band Fest, on April 4 and 5, 2025. This year’s event included 118 students from 46 schools. The guest conductor for the program was Mrs. Elisabeth Heath Charles. Mrs. Ellen Spondike, music teacher at Shaler Area Middle School was delighted to serve as host. A public concert was presented on April 5 in the Shaler Area Middle School Auditorium.
