In November, Shaler Area Middle School was proud to host its annual Veterans Day Breakfast.

It was a privilege to welcome our veterans and their families. This special tradition gives our students the opportunity to personally thank those who have served our country and to learn from their experiences.

We were especially honored to welcome a World War II veteran and D-Day survivor. Having someone who witnessed such a significant moment in our nation’s history join us was truly special, and it gave our students an incredible opportunity to connect with living history and recognize the courage and sacrifice of those who served.

To all of our veterans, thank you for your service, sacrifice, and dedication. We are proud to celebrate you and grateful for the example you set for our young Titans.

A special thank you to everyone who helped make this meaningful event possible! We salute all who have served!
