Students from the Shaler Area School District are joining with students from 17 other school districts across Pennsylvania to collaborate on creating an animated film, Finding Stories of Wonder in the Land of Oz. Helped by the expertise and coaching of animators from Wonder Media LLC, students are telling the story of Dorothy as she navigates her emotions about the transition from elementary to middle school. The experience not only enables students to resonate with the message of the film, but gain skills in animation and production. This exciting opportunity is made possible by support from the Grable Foundation.
