This April, the Marzolf Primary School community came together in a meaningful show of support for one of their own. Students and staff wore gray in recognition of Parkinson’s Awareness Month — and to honor a beloved member of their school family: custodian Mr. Chuck.
Mr. Chuck is a familiar and cherished presence at Marzolf Primary, working tirelessly behind the scenes each day to keep the building running and everyone in it cared for. When the opportunity arose to recognize his contributions while also raising awareness for Parkinson’s disease, the school community didn’t hesitate.
For students and staff alike, wearing gray was a small but heartfelt gesture — a visible reminder that even simple acts of solidarity can carry profound meaning. The Marzolf community expressed deep gratitude for everything Mr. Chuck does, day in and day out, and was honored to stand with him in this small but special way.
