CURRENT Sophomore or Juniors only! Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week (PFEW) gives students a hands-on experience in running a business. In just one week, participants work in teams with a business mentor to manage an underperforming company, making real business decisions in areas like production, marketing, finance, and HR. Teams compete in a business simulation, create marketing plans, and present their strategies, while developing skills in teamwork, creativity, and leadership.

Students also hear from business leaders on topics like entrepreneurship, communication, and career development, participate in a quiz bowl and a reality fair, and get a taste of college life. Many say PFEW teaches more in one week than a whole school year, helping them understand and appreciate the American free enterprise system while discovering their passion for business.
