We are committed to providing our children safe and pleasant bus transportation to and from school.
Transportation Requests
Transportation requests must be made annually. If we do not receive this completed form by July 31 of the current school year, your children will be assigned to a bus stop according to the home address on record with our school district. Please review your student’s transportation information carefully. Any request submitted after August 1st may not take effect until after September 14th.

Bus Safety and Conduct
810.2 Student Conduct on School Vehicles
Appropriate conduct is essential for the health and safety of students transported on school district vehicles. Please follow the following rules.
- Be at your assigned stop 10 minutes ahead of schedule.
- Use good conduct at the bus stop and respect the property of others.
- Board and depart the bus in an orderly manner.
- Always cross the street 15 feet in front of the bus.
- Cross only when the red lights are flashing and traffic is stopped.
- Observe classroom conduct on the school bus.
- Misconduct shall include any form of unacceptable behavior including, but not limited to: pushing; hitting; shouting; tripping; littering; profane language; obscene gestures; disrespect; harassment; eating; drinking; refusing to comply with the driver’s direction or to provide appropriate identity; throwing objects in or from vehicles; fighting; smoking; damaging the vehicle; injuring persons or property; opening exit doors or engaging in any conduct hazardous to the driver, passengers, or people outside of the school vehicle.
- The student must be in the seat and face the front.
- Do not kneel, change seats, or sit on book bags. Personal items and body parts must remain within the seating compartment and not protrude into the aisles or out of the windows.
- Cooperate with your driver. Do not distract the driver.
- Have a safe and pleasant trip!
