Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant

The Shaler Area School District is accepting applications for a 12-mth. Administrative Assistant in our Accounts Payable Department. Responsible for assisting in District financial transactions and reports, with additional responsibilities to include mail room functions and assisting with the duties in the Business Office. An Associates degree in business administration, or related field preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years of office management experience preferred. Advanced financial software and Microsoft office skills. Exceptional verbal/written communication and organizational skills required. Competitive salary/benefits. Substitute Nurse’s Aides Needed… Nurse’s Aides for special needs students and/or assisting the school nurse in the Health Office.  LPN or RN license required. CPR and First Aid training and certification preferred.  Qualified applicants should contact subserve@shalerarea.org for a substitute application.
