The PHEAA PA Forward Student Loans Scholarship Sweepstakes is open to Pennsylvania residents who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Winners must be enrolled (or plan to enroll) as a college student for the 2026–27 school year, or be a parent/guardian of one, and enrollment must be verified to receive the prize.
