At the February 18 Board of School Directors meeting, the Shaler Area Board officially approved the 2026–2027 School Calendar.

We know how important advance planning is for our families, and we are pleased to share the following key dates:

• First Day for Students: Monday, August 24, 2026
• Last Day for Students / Graduation: Friday, June 4, 2027

The calendar also includes scheduled holiday breaks, professional development days, Flexible Instructional Day (FID) parameters, and important marking period dates to support consistent and meaningful learning throughout the year.

We encourage families to review the full calendar to assist with planning vacations, childcare arrangements, and other commitments.
