February 13, 2026
As we conclude another week together, I am grateful for the strong partnership that continues to unite our families, staff, and schools. Each day across our district, students are learning with purpose, educators are leading with care, and our schools are alive with creativity, collaboration, and curiosity.
Whether in classrooms, on stages, in athletic spaces, or through student leadership opportunities, our children are growing in confidence and character. These experiences reflect not only their dedication, but also the unwavering commitment of our staff and the support of our families.
Together, we are building learning environments where every student feels valued, challenged, and inspired to succeed. Thank you for the trust you place in our schools and for walking alongside us as partners in this important work.

Staff Spotlight: Joe Saxman
Joe Saxman is the Computer Network Technician for Scott Primary and Shaler Area Elementary Schools and a valued member of our school community. He supports teachers by helping them use technology effectively and create engaging instructional content. Joe communicates clearly with staff and families as new technology is introduced and quickly troubleshoots issues as they arise. His support has been especially helpful in preparing students and teachers for FID days. Joe’s friendly, dependable approach makes technology feel accessible and manageable for everyone.
