The first-grade class has a lot to be thankful for! In November, they visited Heinz Hall to see the amazing Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. When they returned to school, they celebrated Marzolf’s annual Friendsgiving Feast. It was such a special day together!

Before Thanksgiving, the students read about the balloons in the Macy’s Day Parade in Balloons Over Broadway and created their own balloons, which they proudly showcased during a parade through the halls for all to see. The event even included some special performances from the first-grade teachers.
