Twenty Shaler Area High School Students, along with Gifted and Talented Department Teacher Ms. Elder, attended the annual Robotics and AI Discovery Day sponsored by Pittsburgh Robotics Network. The students were able to visit vendor displays and talk with local universities about educational opportunities. According to organizers, the free event showcases cutting-edge robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that are driving innovation across multiple industries. Held at the David L. Lawrence Convention center, it enables visitors to engage with industry influencers, and witness firsthand the power of robotics and advanced technology in the heart of Western Pennsylvania.
