Scott Primary students in pre-K through third grade participated in Safety Day with special guests from our community!

Resource Officer Wise and Officer Johnson presented lessons on Charlie Check First and Bus Safety for kindergarten and first-grade students, while second and third graders learned about internet safety and poison safety.

Shaler Hampton EMS taught students about the important work of paramedics, and Allegheny County 911 showed students how to make a proper emergency call. The Elfinwild Fire Department shared fire safety tips, and students even had the exciting opportunity to explore a real fire truck!

It was a fun and educational morning focused on keeping our students safe at school and at home.
