At their January 22nd meeting, the Shaler Area School Board of Directors approved entering the design phase of the Shaler Area Middle School HVAC/Roofing replacement project and associated renovations with HHSDR. Initial funding for the project will be from the General Fund, which can be reimbursed by a potential bond issuance.

The board is constantly evaluating how to enhance the learning environment for our students while being fiscally responsible. This project will ensure that the facility that serves our middle grades is functioning well.
