Thank you to everyone who joined us for Coffee and Conversations and our Workplace on the Rise community forum on January 8th. It was a wonderful time to connect with one another over coffee provided by Cafe 118 and learn more about career skills for our students.

We’d like to extend our gratitude to each of our panelists from UPMC, A.W. Beattie Career Center, PNC Bank, and Penn State University for sharing their expertise and insights during the forum.

We also considered the future of our community, discussing the vision and values that unite us and a strategic 5-year plan for the district. Dr. Bryan O’Black, Superintendent, expressed, “I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the parents, guardians, and community members who joined us. Your presence and participation reflect the strength of our Shaler Area community.”
