After reading 2 books in class about recipes, Ms. Sansotta’s class is making a cookbook! Every student was asked to fill out a recipe paper for their favorite thing to make or home and why it’s important to them.

Keyller Rivera Hernandez went above and beyond and his mom made his favorite Honduran food, baleadas, for the class! Keyller and his family are from Honduras. His mom translated the recipe to give to me using the talking points app we use to communicate for our recipe book. The food was a hit in our third-grade!
